The €300 is charged when both sides accept and the work begins.
Then it follows
what you sell.
The same sheet whether you own the IP, license it or commission it. Nothing counts your properties, product lines, markets, licensees or people.

It climbs while you are small and comes back down once you are big. Above a million it halves, above five million it halves again.
Recalculated monthly on the last twelve months. Thirty days notice before it rises, none before it falls.

On production work the ten percent comes off the producer’s invoice instead. They bill €1,000 and receive €900.
The royalty rate is set by the IP owner.
